Client Support Centre
The Client Support Center ("CSC") is a specific service for pre-existing, or former, Clients. We don't just give advice and drop you; we continue to offer support encase you struggle to implement any changes, or need some further guidance following a consultation with one of our members of staff.
Though our CSC lines are open 24/7/365, our staff are limited by numbers and may not get back to you if you're calling later at night; though expect a swift response from a member of staff either by phone or by email if your support request is during regular working hours.

For those Clients with access to the 'Client Document-Management-System' (an integrated Office 365 SharePoint DMS), by clicking the button below and logging into your membership-account, you'll be able to access your digitally-stored bespoke forms, documents, policies and any letters and invoices sent between yourselves and FHRC.
Because the SharePoint DMS is login-specific, you will need your own details to log into. The DMS is managed in permission layers, so if you'd like to give one person in your organisation access to specific files, and restricted somebody else's, you can, without the hassle of doing it yourself.
