FHR Consultancy is a small-sized Dorset based HRM Consultancy Firm, with our focus on your needs, and our solutions. Founded in June 2020, FHRC is a recently established Firm, with an eager and detail-oriented workforce. Founded by Jack Ferns, the core ideologies of the Consultancy was to give support to Small-Medium Sized businesses, without the backbone of a strong or underpinning HR Department.
Jack Ferns established FHRC in June 2020, after resigning his position as a Head of Human Resource & Legal Department, at a local Dorset-based Securities company.
There he learnt how a HR and Legal oriented department needed to work with Directors, Managers and Staff in order to secure high staff retention and satisfaction rates.
Stephen Manners is a First-Year Law Student and is a close personal friend of Jack Ferns. He currently supports FHRC in administrative functions, in both an HR and Legal context.
His position as a HR and Legal Administrator means the level of service supplied by Jack is well-supported, and with quality foundation.
